It was off to Utah for a trip to celebrate the 4th of July. Janet had pneumonia and was advised by her doctor to not go to higher elevations. We were headed for Alton Utah, which is a upper middle altitude around 7,000 feet above sea level. <\/p>\n

However, after driving a long way it was time for a side trip. We were off to Point Supreme at 10,350 feet. A casual walk at that elevation is not much of a big deal if you have been hiking at elevation. It was a destination that I thought Janet would enjoy seeing as she had never seen Cedar Breaks before. <\/p>\n

We walked slowly down the paved path. She was a little short on air and thought she stop halfway and peer out and take a look. She was intrigued by what she saw and ventured even further, to the end of the trail to take in the view.<\/p>\n

After viewing the beauty, we made our way back to the truck. Janet mentioned that she needed her inhaler. I asked her where it was. She answered, in my suitcase. I thought to myself, before any adventure with someone that may need an inhaler, I need to make sure they have it with them on the trail. Even if the trail is only about 100 yards long.
