We had a little to eat and then we came home.  I wanted to sail, but I needed to do some exercise.  It was off to Mt. Rubidoux running with some walking and jogging along the way.  The air was cool and there was a light breeze.  The sun was still about a half hour from setting so I declined to take a picture.<\/p>\n<p>As for measuring the productivity of the exercise and eating less, last time I weighed in I had gained some weight so I have not visited the scale lately.
