I am father of four wonderful children and also am blessed to have an especially wonderful granddaughter. I and a person who enjoys several different hobbies with my sweetheart, Janet. <\/p>\n
My blog started when I wrote about shaving back in May of 2009<\/a>. About the same time my fathers health too a turn for the worse<\/a>. I began chronicling his last days on earth. It was therapeutic to write my feeling down. It also offers me a place to go when I want to remember my father.<\/p>\n More recently I have added some milestones from before May of 2009. My hope is to add more so that as the years pass, my children and their children can take a glimpse back at what I was doing. Was it shaving with a straight razor? How about shooting at the range with one of the children? A hike to the top of a mountain with a more adventitious child? Each day I would write, I try to share something that I have done or something that intrigues me.
